What project have you worked on here that helped achieve our vision?

Refresh Project – Helping restore our used equipment with fresh coats of paint and extending its life while maintaining our professional standard on site.

Branded Buckets – Still a work in progress but once rolled out it will strengthen our brand presence and ensure Guardian remains instantly recognisable on worksites across the country.

What do each of our values mean to you?

To me, purpose means always keeping our customers covered.

No matter the challenge, we work together to find a solution and make sure our customers can keep their projects moving.

How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?

During summer weekends, you’ll usually find me at the beach with friends or family.

Always making the most of the kiwi sunshine and spending time by the water.

What’s a personal motto or quote you live by?

Be the person everyone wants on the job when things get hard, not when they’re easy.

How would you describe the culture at TransQuip/ Guardian?

I’d describe it as hardworking, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.

There’s a great balance between having a laugh and getting the job done.
